Golf Ball Delivery Info

High-quality golf balls delivered to your door!

We offer three delivery options for UK locations:

Royal Mail Tracked 48® // This delivery option is FREE for orders over £100! Your order will be sent via Royal Mail’s Tracked 48® service. If your order includes any printed golf balls, production time adds an extra 3 – 4 working days* before dispatch.
Royal Mail Tracked 24® // Your order will be sent via Royal Mail’s Tracked 24® service. If your order includes any printed golf balls, production time adds an extra 3 – 4 working days* before dispatch.
Express Service & Next Day Delivery // Need your golf balls ASAP? Choose our Express Service for a shorter production time (1 – 2 working days*) and delivery via Royal Mail’s Next Day service.

*Our ‘working days’ are Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed after 13:00 will not be processed until the next working day. For example, if you order personalised golf balls after 13:00 on a Friday and select the ‘Royal Mail Tracked 48’ delivery option, your balls may not be dispatched until the following Thursday (since production takes 3 – 4 working days).

Competition tickets and gimmeballs eGift Golf Vouchers are sent electronically and we do not charge a delivery fee for orders that do not include any physical products. Please note that competition and eGift Golf Voucher purchases do NOT count towards the £100 minimum spend for free delivery.

Please note all delivery times and dates are estimates. We will try our best to meet the delivery estimates we have given you but shall not be responsible for any failure to deliver ordered products within these stated time frames.

We are not able to process orders or deliver on UK bank holidays, weekends, or during our annual Christmas period shutdown. All delivery estimates refer to working days only.

We will always endeavour to make one single delivery to you wherever possible to minimise any inconvenience. This means that when your order contains a mix of products with different delivery lead times, the longest lead time will apply to the whole order.

Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyer's address specified in the order and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.

All deliveries must be received and signed for by a person over the age of 18. If no-one is available to take the delivery, we will leave details at the address to rearrange delivery. We may need to make an additional handling charge for redelivery. Should no-one be available to take the redelivery we may cancel the order and refund your money, excluding any delivery charges.

Express Service Cyprus. 1-3 working days for production plus Royal Mail Tracked 4-7 working days. Up to 5-10 working days.
Standard Service Cyprus. 4-5 working days for production plus Royal Mail Tracked 4-7 working days. Up to 12 working days.

France Delivery Details

We currently offer two different delivery options for France:

Express Service France. 1-3 working days for production plus Royal Mail Tracked 4-7 working days. Up to 5-10 working days.
Standard Service France. 4-5 working days for production plus Royal Mail Tracked 4-7 working days. Up to 12 working days.

Germany Delivery Details

We currently offer two different delivery options for Germany:

Express Service Germany. 1-3 working days for production plus Royal Mail Tracked 4-7 working days. Up to 5-10 working days.
Standard Service Germany. 4-5 working days for production plus Royal Mail Tracked 4-7 working days. Up to 12 working days.

Express Service Netherlands. 1-3 working days for production plus Royal Mail Tracked 4-7 working days. Up to 5-10 working days.
Standard Service Netherlands. 4-5 working days for production plus Royal Mail Tracked 4-7 working days. Up to 12 working days.

Portugal Delivery Details

We currently offer two different delivery options for Portugal:

Express Service Portugal. 1-3 working days for production plus Royal Mail Tracked 4-7 working days. Up to 5-10 working days.
Standard Service Portugal. 4-5 working days for production plus Royal Mail Tracked 4-7 working days. Up to 12 working days.

Delivery prices are calculated based on basket value. Once you've changed the delivery to your location, the VAT/Duty will be automatically applied. Questions about this should be directed to sales@gimmeballs.golf.
