Returns Policy

General Returns (non-customised products)

We accept returns on non-customised products, and in this case, goods should be returned within 30 days of receipt, and in the same condition they were purchased.

Return Process: notify us of the desire to return the product (by email:, with the reason for doing so, within 7 days of receipt. We will then provide you with a return number to facilitate the safe return of your order. Once we have received your order and inspected it we will refund you. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for refunded amount to enter your bank.

Returning Customised Goods

For customised goods we ONLY accept returns if the customisation is proven to be faulty, which is very rare due to our quality checks before the items leave us.

Return Process: in the event you have received a faulty item we would need to be notified by email ( within 7 days of you receiving the product, with a photo and description of the fault. If after inspecting the photo we can see the fault then we will provide further instructions to return your order for a replacement, or credit note.

Subscriptions / Returns

If you no longer wish to receive your subscription then you will be able to cancel, or pause, your subscription at any time. If however you wish to return a subscription after you have received it then we will allow it but this will incur a restocking fee of £15, so you will be refunded the balance only.

Return Process: please notify us by email ( within 7 days of you receiving your subscription, we will then issue you with very specific instructions to return your order. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund of the balance between the subscription amount and the restocking fee. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refunded amount to enter your account.

Please contact us as soon as you’re aware you will need to process a return so we can log this on your order record and advise of the next steps.

Please ensure that goods are packed neatly and sent back in a box that they fit in to (ideally the same one it was sent in). It is vital that goods are not squashed into small boxes as damaged returned goods will impact your refund/exchange price.

Unless there is some fault in the goods you are returning, arranging the return and its cost will be your responsibility.

It’s important that you check over the delivery address you’ve supplied when you receive your dispatch confirmation email. If you’ve supplied the wrong address and the package ends up being delivered there you may be liable for additional charges in redirecting the package.
