Nothing wrong with the product. Delivery was extremely disappointing. I ordered these on Wednesday 8th January for my godsons birthday Friday 10th January and paid the extra £5.42 for the guarantee earlier delivery. The delivery contract is with the Royal Mail and the present did not arrive until Tuesday 12th January. 4 days after his birthday. In a competitive world of Amazon and similar guarantees delivery services this is extremely disappointing especially for a 8 year olds birthday .

We understand your point and sorry you are disappointed but the service you ordered was 1 to 2 days production time (it's a personalised gift not an off the shelf one), and then next day delivery, but you ordered after the 2pm cut-off on Wednesday, so there was simply no way of getting this to you for the Friday. The order was printed on the Friday but not collected by Royal Mail until the Monday, hence the Tuesday delivery. This is still within the 1-2 working days production plus next working day delivery timescales we promise. We hope your godson enjoyed the thoughtful gift.
