Not sure what you mean by 'properly produced' they are printed, it's the only way to do it. If you mean printed at manufacture (overseas) before the lacquering process then yes this can be done but you would need to order in much higher volume and would have a 6 to 10 week delivery time. We do make it clear in the personalisation guidelines that the print doesn't last the lifetime of the ball, depending upon the ball itself, and the logo/text you selected, the print can last a round or two, but in some cases it can start to peel earlier, it really depends upon what the ball hits along the way, as you know they hit trees, paths, bunkers, hard ground, as well as being hit with grooved metal clubs, so they take a beating and can sometimes peel quicker that a round or two. That said we're sorry you are disappointed but we do make it clear if you read the site instruction and guidelines.
