I found a matte yellow callaway supersoft ball and liked the matte finish so I bought 2 dozen. I received standard shiny yellow balls so very disappointed. You need to change your website as it clearly states matte finish. A shame because delivery etc was fine.

Really sorry you were disappointed Alan but you purchased the standard yellow Callaway Supersoft, which doesn't have a matte finish, it can be confusing where there are so many options.
A great product and sensible money. Possibly one of the best marketing exercises I have ever done due to the large amount of balls I loose. Now I wont be gutted when I loose a ball as it could lead to a bike sale!!
