Creating the 2025 Titleist Pro V1
In this video, three of Titleist's top brains – Research & Development VP Mike Madson, Golf Ball Product Management Director Frederick Waddell and Golf Ball Marketing & Sales SVP Jeremy Stone – discuss the process that led to the creation of the 2025 Titleist Pro V1 and Pro V1x.
Almost immediately after the 2023 Pro V1 and Pro V1x were launched, Titleist began talking to golfers and asking what further improvements they could make for the 2025 edition. The #1 request: additional spin in short irons and around the green.
This feedback fed Titleist's R&D process. The company's engineers looked carefully at every aspect of the golf ball to find opportunities for optimisation, and as a result, the new-generation Pro V1 and Pro V1x are better than ever before!
