happy with the product however the picture printed onto the golf balls is a lot smaller than expected and than it looks online so slightly disappointed with that

Jessica sorry to hear that you are disappointed but the print guidelines are very clear that the print area is a mere 2cm, and there is also guidance throughout uploading your image to help customers understand the limitations and get the best out of their images.

The personalised part of the ball looked great, but the other sides all being covered in 'gimmeballs' branding made them overall look cheap. There was far more branding of your business on them than the personalised branding.

You selected the gimmeballs own branded golf ball Amy?? You could have chosen any brand, even the expensive ones, and they would have EXACTLY the same amount of branding on them. The only way to have less branding is to choose an unbranded ball, which you didn't select. This is a bit like choosing a Nike T-Shirt and complaining it has Nike on it?!?!

I’m not a golfer these were bought as a retirement gift so I can’t comment on the performance of the balls, but I can say that the service provided was exceptional, they pointed out and issue that might arise if an image I supplied was used and this allowed me to select an alternative. All in excellent service and received as promised.
