Thanks for your feedback Danny, in our personalisation guideliens we state : All designs are printed by our UV printer onto each golf ball, and while the print is quite durable, it is not permanent so your design may wear away with play. We cannot state with certainty how long your personalised design will last as this depends on a number of different factors (e.g. what ball you choose, what sort of design you add, what the weather’s like on the golf course). We’re sorry to hear you’re disappointed. The charge for the print itself is relatively small, and even if the print has worn off, you still have a branded golf ball at a competitive price.
