The print area is 2cm x 2cm, and you should have been able to adjust the font size using the sizing bar while creating your text. Our friendly customer service team would have been happy to advise you on sizing before placing your order. We’re also always happy to help with any adjustments to mock-ups to ensure you’re happy with the final design before placing the order.

Thanks for your review, Susan. After reviewing your order with our team, we found that the image uploaded was of very low quality, which affected the final print result. Our printing process is automated from design to print. As outlined in our personalisation guidelines, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that uploaded artwork is of suitable quality for printing. Please also note that the print area for this product is only 2cm x 2cm. During the artwork creation process, the available print area was not fully utilised, which further impacted the final appearance. We appreciate your feedback and hope this helps explain the outcome.

In our personalisation guidelines, we state: "All designs are printed by our UV printer onto each golf ball, and while the print is quite durable, it is not permanent, so your design may wear away with play.". We cannot state with certainty how long your personalised design will last.
