As described in the personalisation guidelines the print area of a golf ball is 2cm, the total ball circumference is 4cm, so the picture unfortunately could not be printed bigger, although if it was provided in a circle shape it would have been able to maximise that print area.

I'm sorry you are a little disappointed Anthony but the artwork guidelines, on every page, state that the print area is 2cm on a 4cm golf ball, and because we are processing thousands of orders per month we simply don't have time to look at every image or logo, we have to assume that the customer has read the guidelines. I recall seeing your image printed and I thought it looked pretty good, but yes with that much writing and an image can make it hard to read clearly. We try our best to use example images and inform customers about what looks good on a ball but I appreciate it's hard to visualise in your mind what an image looks like at 2cm. In terms of the visual on screen, this is unfortunately a browser issue, on some browsers/devices it renders the perfect scale, on others it's a little smaller or bigger, sadly it's not possible to accurate on every screen/browser combination.

Glad you liked it. In terms of size.. we only have a print area of 2cm Marc so there is no room to resize, the best thing to do, before uploading the image, is to cut out anything un-needed from the image, but we try to do this where we can, within reason i.e. we cut out blank space etc.
