Jessica sorry to hear that you are disappointed but the print guidelines are very clear that the print area is a mere 2cm, and there is also guidance throughout uploading your image to help customers understand the limitations and get the best out of their images.

Sorry to hear that Jane, the birthday logos normally come out just fine and your order will have gone through production and quality check, so not sure what's gone wrong there but if you could send us a photo of the balls then we could comment further.

Thanks for the review Tom, and apologies for the condition of the boxes. Unfortunately, one of our couriers has a bad habit of delivering them in a slightly crumpled state! Even so, I will mention your feedback to the production team so that they can make sure they're doing everything in their power to avoid damaging the boxes.

You selected the gimmeballs own branded golf ball Amy?? You could have chosen any brand, even the expensive ones, and they would have EXACTLY the same amount of branding on them. The only way to have less branding is to choose an unbranded ball, which you didn't select. This is a bit like choosing a Nike T-Shirt and complaining it has Nike on it?!?!

Not sure what you mean by 'properly produced' they are printed, it's the only way to do it. If you mean printed at manufacture (overseas) before the lacquering process then yes this can be done but you would need to order in much higher volume and would have a 6 to 10 week delivery time. We do make it clear in the personalisation guidelines that the print doesn't last the lifetime of the ball, depending upon the ball itself, and the logo/text you selected, the print can last a round or two, but in some cases it can start to peel earlier, it really depends upon what the ball hits along the way, as you know they hit trees, paths, bunkers, hard ground, as well as being hit with grooved metal clubs, so they take a beating and can sometimes peel quicker that a round or two. That said we're sorry you are disappointed but we do make it clear if you read the site instruction and guidelines.
