"I found a matte yellow callaway supersoft ball and liked the matte finish so I bought 2 dozen. I received standard shiny yellow balls so very disappointed. You need to change your website as it clearly states matte finish. A shame because delivery etc was fine."

I couldn’t choose Pro V1x balls. 2. I was charged £1 for the box. I know it’s only £1 but would have been happy with the 5 sleeves as the box went straight in the bin anyway."
